These terms govern enrolment and participation at Everest Cricket Academy. Submitting an admission application or attending a trial constitutes acceptance by the parent or guardian.
1. Enrolment and trials
Admission is confirmed only after the application is approved and the admission fee is paid. Free trial sessions are limited to one per player and do not guarantee a place in any program.
2. Fees
Monthly fees are payable in advance by the 10th of each month through the parent portal or at the office. A late fee applies after the grace period shown on your invoice. Fees are not refundable for missed sessions, but the academy will offer make-up sessions where scheduling allows.
3. Attendance and conduct
Players are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their session in proper kit. Repeated unexplained absence may lead to loss of the enrolled slot. Abusive behaviour towards coaches, umpires or other players β by students or parents β may result in suspension without refund.
4. Safety and medical
Helmets are mandatory against the hard ball. Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions at admission and keep emergency contact details current. The academy carries first-aid cover at all sessions, and parents authorise staff to seek emergency medical help where a guardian cannot be reached immediately.
5. Selection
Squad selection, batch promotion and tournament participation are decided by the coaching staff on recorded performance and are final.
6. Liability
Cricket involves inherent risk of injury. The academy maintains safe facilities and qualified supervision, but participation is at the player's own risk to the extent permitted by law. Personal belongings are the owner's responsibility.
